Implants are now the optimal & affordable choice available to people who are missing teeth
or who need their teeth replaced
Implant technology has advanced very quickly in the last 5 - 6 years, since the concept was launched in the dental arena many years ago. In the past, if individuals looked into the possibility of implant teeth and were told they did not have enough bone, it was usually the end of that prospect. However, nowadays, they can often be helped with a combination of the new materials, new technology, and new methodology which has evolved over the last decade.
Our clients often tell us of the many disadvantages of a regular denture which can include: discomfort in eating, poor esthetics, loss of bone, affected speech, and sore gums from denture movement. As denture wearers will tell you, a full denture placed in the upper jaw severely reduces taste and sensation.
Now, people can find a solution to their problems, whether they currently have their own teeth or a denture.
Below are listed three separate options for you to explore for your health solutions:
- All-on-4, "Single-day procedure for fixed dentures"
- Implant Bridge Work
- The Two Implant Retained Denture

All-on-4, "Teeth in a Day"

Can you imagine walking into our office with a denture and walking out the same day with beautiful teeth?
The All-on-4 procedure uses highly refined techniques that allow us to place implants in specific positions to support each other. By having the implants splinted together we are able to create your fixed teeth the very same day!
The special method of angled implants make this process unique. Unlike a bridge which requires the implants be inserted straight in like the root of a tooth, the angle method uses the strong bone under the nose (for an upper denture) or the strong bone of the chin (for a lower denture). This allows the procedure to be successful for most denture wearers with no need for invasive bone grafting procedures. Even people who have had their denture for many years, and who have experience much bone loss, may think they could never have a fixed bridge. They might be pleasantly surprised to know that because of the angel method, they too can have this procedure.
We work closely with a lab specialist. They are present with you, on site, in the dental office, the day of the procedure. Their job is to transform your denture into a beautiful arch of teeth. The end result is strong, beautiful, permanent teeth that allow you to eat, smile and enjoy life to its fullest the very same day!

Implant Bridge Work
This procedure allows you to have beautifully shaped teeth permanently attached to your implants. A temporary bridge is placed on the day of your appointment. After the 4-6 month healing time the permanent bridge is made and attached.
Can you see an end to fussing and fighting with clips and snaps when cleaning?!
With the absence of dental material on your gums or roof of the mouth there is no need to modify your diet (for example uncomfortable raspberry seeds will no longer get stuck). The procedure typically requires more healing than an All-on-4 procedure and may require bone grafting or sinus lifts.
The Two Implant Retained Denture
Can you imagine how much better you could feel with a denture that doesn't move?

Avoid the use of adhesive creams and strips. This fairly simple procedure involves the placement of two implants in the front of the lower jaw.
This procedure is relatively fast and minimally invasive. Our clients are surprised they don't feel anything and most often do not even require stitches. By placing the implant and covering it with the healing cap there is efficient healing and minimal discomfort.
After a period of 4-6 months we remove the healing caps and replace them with "locators". Next, you would visit your denturist , where he will build the snap-on attachments into your denture which will connect with the locators on your implants. This results in a simple, removable option, but helps keep your denture in place and give you a chewing capacity of about 65% of natural teeth whereas a denture only gives you about 35% chewing capacity.
